Boutique new construction in Jerusalem's Greek Colony by KAHN Group: just 15 apartments. Last 1-bedrooms from about ₪3.1 million. Move-in February 2027.
Information last updated October 2026.
Yehoshua Bin Nun 28A is a small boutique building of just 15 apartments on Yehoshua Bin Nun Street in the Greek Colony, a few minutes’ walk from Emek Refaim. It’s a TAMA 38 rebuild by KAHN Group, designed by architect Sagit Karniel, and move-in is expected in February 2027.
The remaining apartments are 1-bedrooms of about 620 to 700 sq ft, which makes this a strong option for a lock-and-leave vacation home or a pied-à-terre in the Colonies. Each apartment has a sun balcony, radiant floor heating, central air conditioning, electric shutters, underground parking and its own storage unit.
The Greek Colony is a quiet, green corner of the historic Moshavot, sharing Emek Refaim’s cafés, restaurants and synagogues with the German Colony next door. The First Station and the Train Track Park are within walking distance.
With move-in about a year away and only a few apartments left, this is one of the quickest ways into new construction in the Colonies. The last 1-bedrooms start at about ₪3.1 million, including parking and storage. Contact us for current availability.
