Horkanya 22 is a boutique TAMA 38 project in Rassco, a quiet, established family neighborhood in central-south Jerusalem. The existing four-story building is being fully reinforced and renovated, and three new floors with 19 new apartments are being added on top, for 43 homes in total. It’s developed by Krasny Development & Construction, a Jerusalem family company with more than 70 years in the business, and designed by Peri Hamam of Tama Architects.

The new apartments have 3 and 4 bedrooms, and the top floors include penthouses, so it suits families. Every apartment gets its own parking space, which isn’t a given in this part of the city, and the building gets a redesigned lobby and a new elevator.
Living in Rassco
Rassco sits between Old Katamon, Kiryat Shmuel and the Gonenim area. It’s greener and calmer than the Colonies, with good schools, parks and synagogues close by and the light rail within walking distance. Begin Boulevard and Route 16 make it easy to get in and out of the city.
