Nordau 88 is a new residential project by Rayk Group, a boutique luxury developer active in central and north Tel Aviv, on leafy Nordau Boulevard, between the beach and Yarkon Park (Tel Aviv’s Old North). It will have 13 apartments. It is designed by Katzur Ronen Architects.
About the project
A boutique building on one of the Old North’s quietest, greenest boulevards. Construction is underway, and the remaining apartments include 2- and 3-bedroom homes and penthouses with private pools. Apartment types: 2–3 bedrooms and penthouses with private pools.
Living in the Old North
The Old North (HaTzafon HaYashan) is Tel Aviv’s most sought-after residential area: tree-lined streets of Bauhaus buildings between Dizengoff and Ben Yehuda streets, Basel Square, Yarkon Park and the beach.
