About VISION
VISION is a new residential complex by Rami Levy Real Estate in the “New Wiener Quarter,” where Talpiot meets Arnona. Its 30-story towers hold 298 apartments, designed by Aharonson Amtzia Architects and built by Danya Cebus, and construction is underway.
Who it’s for
Apartments run from 2 to 4 bedrooms, plus penthouses. Buyers who want a full-service building get about 800 sqm of shared amenities: a fitness and pilates area, meeting rooms and co-working space, and a play area for children and teens. Each tower has a double-height lobby and four elevators.
Living in Talpiot
The towers sit on Hebron Road, with Moshe Baram Road and Old Bethlehem Road close by, and Jerusalem’s new Blue Line light rail runs right past the project to the city center. The upper floors look out over the Old City, the new city and the Judean Desert.
