Krasny at Shimoni 23 is a nine-story boutique building with just 21 apartments on David Shimoni Street in Rassco. It’s a TAMA 38 rebuild by Krasny Development & Construction: a three-story building with 7 apartments is being replaced by a new nine-story building with 21. The architect is Peri Hamam of Tama Architects, and 14 of the apartments are being sold to the public.
Who it’s for
The building runs from 2-bedroom apartments of about 840–910 sq ft up to a penthouse with a private swimming pool, plus garden apartments for buyers who want outdoor space. The small number of units gives it a quiet, private feel.
Living in Rassco
Rassco is close to Rehavia, Old Katamon, Kiryat Shmuel and Nayot, with the Botanical Garden, schools, synagogues and cultural centers within walking distance. Begin Boulevard, Route 16 and several bus lines connect it to the rest of the city.
Our take
