About SOHO Jerusalem
SOHO Jerusalem (also marketed as Kidmat Gonen) is a large urban renewal project in Katamon, replacing older housing blocks with five residential towers of up to 35 stories and 1,066 apartments. It’s developed by Africa Israel Urban Renewal with Kadmat HaYovel and designed by Y.A. Yashar Architects. The permit has been issued and construction has started.

Apartments run from 1 to 4 bedrooms, plus garden apartments and penthouses. The project includes a residents’ club, a large gym, a synagogue, about 45 dunams (11 acres) of park and a promenade, and a boulevard with shops and restaurants.
Living in Katamon
The towers are on the Katamonim side of Katamon, near the light rail, Begin Boulevard and Route 16, with the Malha mall and train station a short drive away. Old Katamon, Rassco and the German Colony are within a few minutes.
