About Sea Aviv
Sea Aviv is a pair of 15- and 16-story towers by Aviv Melisron in Shirat HaYam, the new beachfront neighborhood next to Ir Yamim in south Netanya. The 125 apartments sit on the first line to the sea, with large balconies facing the water and the sunset. The towers were designed by Kika Braz Architects, with interiors by Daniel Hasson.
Who it’s for
Apartments run from 2 to 5 bedrooms. Garden apartments have landscaped infinity gardens with private pools looking out to the sea, and the penthouses have wide terraces with pools of their own. The complex is planned like a residential resort, with a residents’ pool, a fitness and yoga studio, a synagogue and three levels of private parking.
Living in Shirat HaYam
Shirat HaYam is being built from scratch along the coast next to Ir Yamim, with new towers, hotels and public spaces. Residents are a few minutes from the Ir Yamim mall, the beach promenade and the Iris nature reserve, with fast access to the coastal highway to Tel Aviv.
