YAMA is a two-tower project by Y.H. Dimri in Ir Yamim, Netanya’s best-known seafront neighborhood. The towers, of 17 and 24 floors, hold 128 apartments, and the last remaining apartments are on sale now.
Who it’s for
Apartments run from 3 to 5 bedrooms, plus mini-penthouses and penthouses. Every apartment has a large balcony of about 320 to 485 sq ft facing the sea air, 10-foot ceilings, private parking and a storage room on the same floor. The building has a double-height lobby, three elevators, a residents’ lounge, a gym and a pool. According to the developer, more than 90% of buyers bought to live there, not as an investment.
