About The Blue Cliff

The Blue Cliff is a 32-story seafront tower by Ken HaTor on the northern part of Nitza Blvd, on the site of the old Hagalil Hotel. The ground floor is retail, floors 1 to 8 are a 204-room hotel, and the 90 apartments start on the 9th floor and run all the way to the 32nd, so every home looks out over the Mediterranean.

Who it’s for

Apartments range from 2 to 4 bedrooms, plus mini-penthouses and a penthouse that takes up an entire floor. Residents have a hotel-style lifestyle, with a pool, a spa, a gym, a synagogue and a chef’s restaurant in the building. It has been especially popular with overseas buyers: nearly all of the first 43 apartments sold went to foreign residents, mainly Americans.

Living on Nitza Blvd

The tower is about a minute from the promenade and a three-minute walk to the beach, close to Independence Square, the city’s designer shops, cafés and restaurants, and the water-sports center. It’s one of the most central addresses on Netanya’s seafront.

Our take

The Blue Cliff is priced well above most of Netanya, at around ₪50,000–55,000 per square meter (about ₪4,650–5,100 per square foot), for a true first-line location and hotel services. It suits buyers who want a lock-and-leave vacation home on the beach. We’ll compare the available floors and views with you and check the payment schedule.
