Story Galei Yam is a three-tower project by the David Azoulay Group on Ben Zvi Blvd in Galei HaYam, North Netanya, about a kilometer (0.6 mile) from the beach. Two towers have 26 floors and one has 20, with about 300 apartments, roughly 20,000 sq ft of shops on the ground floor and three levels of parking.
Who it’s for
Apartments run from 2 to 4 bedrooms, plus penthouses. Most balconies face west, toward the sea. Penthouses of about 1,600 sq ft come with roof terraces. The project has been popular with overseas buyers: in one deal, two families from Los Angeles bought 11 apartments.
