About NXT Towers
NXT Towers is a 293-home residential complex in Park HaYam, the new neighborhood on the Bat Yam waterfront. It combines three 24-story towers with two boutique buildings around a landscaped green courtyard, and it is developed jointly by Etz HaShaked and America Israel, with architecture by Kika Braz Architects.
Who it’s for
The homes still listed on the developer’s website are the larger ones: 5-room apartments (four bedrooms), mini-penthouses and full penthouses. The garden apartments and 4-room apartments are shown as sold out, so NXT is best for buyers who want space, balconies and sea or park views rather than a compact pied-à-terre.
What you get
Residents get a lobby with ceilings of about six meters, a residents’ club, shared workspaces and a large underground parking garage. Balconies face the sea or the park, and paths run through the green courtyard between the buildings.
The location
NXT sits in Park HaYam, close to the sea and to the Israel Railways stations and the light rail line, with Tel Aviv’s business and leisure districts a short ride north. The renovated Bat Yam promenade and the planned Sea View park are part of the neighborhood’s new open space.
Our take
Because some NXT apartment types are already sold, the remaining choice is narrower, which makes it worth comparing its price per square foot with the other two Park HaYam projects.
