About The Esther
The Esther is a new residential tower by Amram Avraham on Independence Square, the historic heart of Netanya, on the site of the Esther Cinema, the city’s first performance hall, built in 1936. The project combines 58 apartments with a boutique hotel run by the Gordonia luxury hotel chain.
Who it’s for
The sea is visible from nearly every apartment. Homes have high ceilings, large windows and balconies overlooking the Mediterranean, and residents enter through an elegant hotel-style lobby. The architecture is by Rani Ziss.
