New towers by Sarfati in Park HaYam, Bat Yam, about 500 meters from the beach and steps from the train and light rail: 23 floors, a residents' club, gym and eco-pool.
Information last updated October 2026.
Sarfati SEA&PARK is a new residential complex in Park HaYam, the new beachfront neighborhood of Bat Yam, just south of Tel Aviv-Jaffa. The developer plans about 600 homes in 23-story towers designed by Tito Oman Architects, and the first phase, with roughly 350 homes, is the one currently on sale.
SEA&PARK suits buyers who want a modern, amenity-rich building near the sea and a fast connection to Tel Aviv, rather than a boutique building in a historic neighborhood. The developer offers apartments from roughly 2 to 4 bedrooms, plus penthouses, which makes it workable both as a family vacation home and as a lock-and-leave apartment.
Each tower has its own lobby, and residents share a club, a gym, an open lounge with computer stations, an ecological pool at the foot of the towers and a pneumatic garbage-removal system. The developer lists smart-home features, and every tower has two underground parking levels.
The project is about 500 meters from the beach, a minute’s walk from the Israel Railways station and next to a stop on the Red Line light rail. The Ayalon Highway, Highway 431 and the road toward Rishon LeZion are all close by. Park HaYam is planned around a central park and an ecological pool, with schools, a sports center and a commercial district to come.
SEA&PARK is the largest project in Park HaYam and the one with the most direct rail access. Because it is built in stages, which tower and floor you choose matters for views and delivery timing. Ask us for the current stage, the delivery date for each tower and the available floor plans, and we’ll compare the price per square foot with the other Park HaYam projects before you decide.

A Red Line light rail stop is next to the project and the Israel Railways station is a minute's walk away, so central Tel Aviv is roughly 15 to 20 minutes by rail without traffic.
