Electra Lifestyle Karney Yam is a pair of residential towers in Park HaYam, Bat Yam’s new waterfront neighborhood, facing the neighborhood’s central park and about 500 meters from the beach. It is built by Electra Megurim, one of Israel’s established residential developers.

Karney Yam offers 3-, 4- and 5-room apartments (two to four bedrooms), plus mini-penthouses and penthouses. Most of the 5-room apartments and penthouses face northwest toward the sea. It’s aimed at buyers who want a resort-style building with plenty of shared space for a family, rather than a minimalist lock-and-leave unit.
What you get
Each tower is split into two wings with a natural-light corridor running from the ground floor to the roof. Amenities are generous: a decorative lobby, a gym and a family event room with a kitchenette in each building, a screening room, a gaming lounge, a coworking-style workspace, a herb garden and a citrus and mango orchard with seating. Each building has three premium elevators and a stroller and bicycle room.
The location
Park HaYam sits on the Bat Yam waterfront with a new promenade, a large coastal park planned nearby and rail connections toward Tel Aviv and Rishon LeZion. Karney Yam faces the neighborhood’s central park, so many apartments look onto greenery as well as the sea.
